LovelyStay - Wohaza Apartment with free private parking

The apartment was big enough for 2 people and had a modern design. Also the free underground parking is a big advantage for those travelling with car. It is located near the centre, in a walkable distance from the main tourist attractions. The price was very reasonable for what is offered.

Due to its large windows, the apartment can get quite hot during a sunny day, even in November! Be sure to leave the A/C on to avoid it. The coffee machine was out of order but we didn't mind, there are plenty cafeterias in the vicinity.

Free parking is convenient and plenty of coffee places for breakfast around.

That place is full of dust mite. You can’t tell when the flat was last deep cleaned and new linen provided. It’s disappointing. Shower cap needs to be cleaned and you can sand wood with that toilet paper. There are no hangers. Location is good but: 1. Don’t go in rainy season as the rain won’t allow you to sleep due to the sound in the metallic structure of the building. 2. There is traffic and you will be wake up by street noise at 6am. Also, only 1 key given where we were 2 people and you are unable to leave the flat without a key.

Fake Flowers in bathroom covered with dust. Despite it been commented on before nothing has changed with the parking. A nightmare trying to find the bay. A readable sign would solve the problem

The property was great! Location good and great that it came with free parking.

The key pick up was in a totally different location, after a long day travelling which was disappointing, especially to find there is a lockbox outside the apartment door. Also disappointing to have to get into the apartment to get the car garage key too-if travelling alone, this would be difficult to manage. There was also no sofa in the Lounge, just two velvet chairs - not comfortable.

The entire apartment corresponded to the description and photos. There was enough space there. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, so the noise from the street is not that bothersome. The apartment includes a parking lot, with direct access by elevator. The location was perfect.

The entire apartment smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. After spending 2 nights there, all our clothes smelled of smoke. At first glance, the apartment looked well-cleaned. But when we opened the curtains, we found a lot of dust and dirt. The curtains also did not cover the windows well because they were torn. Collecting the keys in a place other than the apartment, which resulted in waiting in traffic jams.

The apartment interior is very lovely and matches the photos online. Having availability of private secure parking a bonus. The bathroom was comfortable with nice shower. Plenty of hot water, shampoo, soap and towels. Is close to the funicular for easy access to river walk, couple of cafes, and sites around town. Although could hear people talking in street and tour busses line up in the morning it wasn't overly noisy despite the industrial style windows, which are fun and match the interior glass doors.

To check in for the keys you have to go to another location. We had a car so no issue. The difficulty was the directions given to us for parking were seriously lacking and caused a lot of stress. The paper with instructions stated to go to an address next to the apartment and park in space 56. When we arrived at the address it was a large telescoping garage door but no way to get in and no instructions on how to proceed. Keys we had in hand did not work to open a pedestrian door and hopefully access a open button. Tried contacting manager via phone with no response. Had to text and email for help and eventually was told fob for garage was inside the unit. Would have solved many issues had the paper instructions given indicated that important instruction. Once we got into the garage there were no visible space numbers for parking on the 2 floors we traversed. Eventually walking around the dark garage with cellphone flashlight found a paper sign on the wall with barely visible writing saying this was for LovelyStay. The irony was the adjacent spot had HUGE paper sign and was easily seen. Again, easily solved with better instructions and painting the space numbers in the space and not in the corner that cannot be seen from inside the car. The bed in the primary bedroom was so hard we had to take the comforters from the murphy bed to help pad the bed. Fortunately was just two of us as our plans changed and our son stayed behind at college dorm so we could use them. Was the most uncomfortable sleep of our trip. As lovely as the apartment is would not recommend to stay unless your preference is a rock hard bed and you plan to enjoy the tawny port in abundance. Note tour buses park outside unit for daily pick up of tourists, gets a bit noisy and busy outside in a.m.

Nois came into apartment from street and smell from first floors restaurant came into 4st floor and from there to room. And when it rained hard then 1 window didn´t kept it 100% out,
