The use of keypad entry made accessing the building and the room convenient. I would have loved to get the place earlier than expected, but the response came a bit late.

The room had a "walk-in" closet area that I was not aware of, which had a day bed or a single bed that was not cleaned/changed. It looked like it was missed during the preparation for my arrival.

Well located in an old but nice building. Good taste in furniture and decoration. Like at home!

Location

I arrived at the property to find the cleaners there in which i has to wait 55minutes to access the room after my checkin hour. I contacted the property regarding this via phone and i was told i would be called that never happend. I send a message through booking.com i did not hear back either. The room was rushed clean as i was waiting by the door step. The images seen of the property do not reflect the true state of the apartment. Very run down apartment, futhermore you cannot use the kitchen whilst having the spare room sliding door open, in which this said door is so hard to slide open and closed due the weight of this hanging sliding door.

Good light, extra space, felt very private, close to lovely little restaurants

The only positives are the location.

The apartment itself can use some work; the washroom needs some fixing. The shower door lets all the water out when showering , we had to use the majority of our towels to dry the ground and they don’t give you enough towels. Really wet floors from the shower. The door doesn’t close. We had to ask for some and they were delivered at 10:30PM. Why can’t they have a linen closet full of towels. The door to the building was never locked, we would come back and find it open - they key pad to the flat was good. Not enough towels or change of sheets if you stay there for a longer time.

The door between rooms, water went to the floor from shower, tables were unstable, rooms are not soundproof.

Really nice and light apartment, located in a peaceful area, however very good located to start a walk to any of the important sights in Porto. I would definitely recomend this place.
