"A nice property but extremely tardy staff behaviour"

The location is very central and yet quiet.

The staff called Bernardo is unresponsive, tardy to the state of annoying.  Chronological of events: -WhatsApp messages sent on 12 Oct. No answer. -A request for a check-in time on 20 Oct through Booking.com for 18:00- 19:00 went unanswered for more than 24 hours.  - Then, sent a reminder via WhatsApp on 21 Oct. Still no response. -Finally, a call via WhatsApp on 22 Oct. But he did not bother to pick up. Instead, he started typing his response. In his reply on our requested check-in time between 18:00-19:00, "Today I will confirm you the hour that you can check in tomorrow! Because we have guests in the property and property should be cleaned and put perfect for you after the check-out of the other guests, but I will let you know!". Obviously, no further information from him. But bear in mind, note: On this property information, check-in time is between 17:00 - 19:00. -Only on 23 October at 10:43, he sent a message confirming our requested check-in time. Note: We were already in mid-air. So, no access till we landed. - Upon check-in, we discovered that 1 light in the bathroom was not working and sent him a picture. There was no response from Bernardo on this matter after we left the property.

Apartamento muito bem situado e numa rua calma. Fica a 10 minutos a pé da praia e de vários comércios locais, tem lugar para estacionar na rua em frente ao apartamento. Em relação ao interior,estava tudo muito limpinho e bem decorado, e com muito recheio, loiça, toalhas, roupa para a cama etc. Em resumo aconselho de olhos fechados, nós éramos 2 adultos e 2 crianças.

"我很喜歡這個公寓，可惜公寓外面在施工，車子停不進來，早上施工聲音也很大聲。雖然訂房網站上有備注提供沐浴用品，但實際入住並沒有提供！迎賓禮的白酒很好喝，有提供一瓶礦泉水，廚房備品很齊全，房間內的床很舒服"

Muy cómoda y limpia. Aires acondicionados en las habitaciones y todo muy nuevo. Muy Recomendable.

Está en una segunda planta y las escaleras un poco empinadas, pero te llevas una buena sorpresa.

"Superb"

I really liked almost everything about the apartment. Very well maintained and constructed.

The toilet and the shower weren’t perfectly clean, but they were well cleaned.
