Panoramic Graça Duplex with Castle and River Views by NestAtLisbon

We absolutely loved the apartment. The decor is done with love. Everything is clean, and you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. We found welcome snacks, drinks, and everything you need to start a pleasant stay in Lisbon.

This was such a beautiful apartment and looks exactly like the photos with amazing views. Everything was in excellent condition and the Nest team had thought of every little detail, such as basic kitchen essentials, a welcome box with some snacks, coffee, wine etc. The beds were super comfortable, with blankets for cooler nights but also air con units if it got too hot (not needed for our stay). All windows had shutters which were great. The Nest team got in touch before the stay sharing maps, tips, restaurants and much more, and met us at the apartment when we arrived and checked in regularly on WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok. It felt like a real home from home and we would definitely go back if we return to Lisbon. Location was ideal as we could walk to restaurants, shops or the metro easily, or jump in a Bolt or Uber taxi and at night it was quiet.

Perfect communication, approach and support from the host. They are very friendly and kind. They keep the place very clean and the apartment has beautiful views and is also in a very good location. Highly recommend this place!

Firstly we were able to check in earlier than the normal time. Rita personally provided a very kind, warm and informative welcome at the property. The welcome pack including a bottle of wine and some snacks was appreciated. Rita explained how all the main appliances worked. The inside appeared to be newly renovated. Having a washing machine and kitchen was great. Good location for basing yourself for exploring Lisbon and surrounds. The hotel also emailed us a range of useful information, eg local restaurants, supermarkets, how best to get to the apartment etc

Not so much a dislike as such, but you need to be aware you need to carry your bags up appropriately 40 steps, as there is no lift. This is described in the property description. Also it is consistent with Lisbon being hilly.

Great location and the first view we have had in Portugal.

great location for views and restaurants. the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. shower was great. Hosts were excellent communicators and very helpful on all fronts regarding the property, places to see and places to eat/drink.
