Het verblijf was heel mooi en supernetjes. Heel goed gelegen.Vlakbij is er ook een taxi halte wat super handig is. Supermarkt in de korte nabijheid. De eigenaars zijn ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hadden zelfs aan een presentje gedacht voor onze huwelijksverjaardag. Toen we melding deden dat de airco niet verwarmde werd dat dezelfde dag nog opgelost.

Niks,alles was zeer goed geregeld.

Proximité idéale de la plage et des restaurants/commerces

Je ne comprends pas les commentaires dithyrambiques à propos de ce logement. Il est bien placé mais: - vue sur un parking en rdc - équipement très minimal dans l’appartement (verres/assiettes…). - literie pas confortable - gros problème d’humidité dans l’appartement : les habits sont humides, il y a de grosses gouttes de condensation et de la moisissures sur les joints des fenêtres (attention on voit que le problème est connu et que la peinture / joints sont refaits regulierement) - nous avons tenté d’assécher l’air mais la clim réversible ne chauffe pas (le mode était sur « heat » je précise) - si vous avez des problèmes respiratoires passez votre chemin ce sera dangereux pour vous. De manière générale, cet appartement est fait pour 1 ou 2 nuits max.

La situation de l'appartement est vraiment bien, sur le haut de la ville, à l'écart du bruit mais en quelques minutes à pied on est dans le centre ville. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé .

Pas de terrasse !
