Apt was exactly as advertised, spotless, comfortable, very close to the beach, good restaurants (particularly Agusto's right opposite), good recommendations from Paulo and allowed a later check out. Definitely recommend, good value

Our holiday (me and my 2 sisters) lasted 2 weeks, starting from the middle of September until the beginning of October. Paoulo (the owner) was very accommodating with our requests. He came a few times to fix minor things. As it was my birthday during the vacation, he surprised me with a birthday cake. He helped us with renting a car as well. The location couldn't have been better, behind the building is a decent gym, the Quirteira bus station was a few minutes' walk, the beach - 5min from us. Restaurants and a mini market were near too. I am all about good sleep, so the electric blinders on all windows were great. The accommodation offered 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, washing machine, equiped kitchen, fridge, 2 air-conditions and free Wi-Fi. We used the stove and oven to cook during our 2 weeks' stay. We had a few trips to Lidl supermarket and filled up the fridge. We were quite satisfied with our stay in Alsol. And I can defenetly recommend the apartment. Thank you, Paulo, for your hospitality.

There were some minor things that bothered me. There was no light directly in front of the door, which made unlocking the door a bit of a hassle. My single bed was a bit squeaky. You could hear the noise from the traffic outside. The extraction wasn't very useful when we were cooking, so we had to open doors and windows to ventilate. However, the things I liked outweigh the things I didn't.

I highly recommend this apartment. The location is perfect - it is close to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with all the devices that are necessary for everyday life :) What is important: during summer the air conditioning works very efficiently. There is a private car park which is very useful when you have a car :) ... BUT in my opinion the huge advantage of this place is the owner of the apartment. Paulo is a great man. Very helpful in every issue.

The location was great, just a short walk to the seafront and boardwalk. The apartment was clean and spacious and our host was very accommodating. The private car park was perfect as the area was very busy with cars. The air conditioning was essential as it was very hot during our stay and it was very efficient. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and having the kitchen area was great.

The front of the building was being painted and there was scaffolding at the entrance throughout our stay. This wasn't a problem but made it a little difficult to find the right building initially.

We had an amazing experience staying at the Alsol apartment for 7 days. The location was perfect, near the beach and shops. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The proximity to the beach made it convenient for us to enjoy long walks and relax by the water. The host was also very friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway by the ocean.
