Sehr netter Vermieter, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Gute Lage nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Metro, Bahnhof und Bus.

Large fully equipped appartment, for our family it would be great to stay longer and possibly self cater. We were just on a short stop before flying off so we manly appreciated the closeness to the aeroport, to shops, parking and a neighborhood with a few restaurants and coffee-shops.

Большое спасибо Пауло за прекрасные, уютные апартаменты! Нам было очень комфортно здесь жить — всё чисто, аккуратно и продумано до мелочей. Отличное месторасположение: рядом есть магазины, кафе и рестораны, а также автобусная остановка, что очень удобно для путешествий по городу. В квартире есть всё необходимое для короткого проживания — чистое бельё, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, достаточно посуды и бытовых мелочей. Нам ничего не пришлось искать дополнительно. Отдельное спасибо Пауло за его дружелюбие и отзывчивость! Было приятно общаться — он говорит и по-английски, и по-немецки, что очень помогло. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Рекомендуем эти апартаменты всем, кто ищет уют и комфорт в Лиссабоне!

Host was very communicative and easy to reach. We changed our arrival time and he did his best to accommodate us. Our unit is the one called "Apartment." It was spacious (the bathroom was small but not tiny). Beds were comfortable, shower was decent (didn't leak onto the floor!). We didn't cook in the apartment but we did laundry, and there was a drying rack and plenty of space. (We brought our own detergent.) Neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with a few good restaurant options. Location was about a 30 minute transit to the touristy center, with several bus and metro options within a 10 min walk from the apartment, including the direct train to Sintra. Wifi worked great.

We were there at the end of September, with hot days and cool nights. Opening the windows allowed a nice breeze to cool the apartment down, but the airport is quite close and the planes taking off are loud when the windows are open. There's a bit of old-building mustiness, alleviated by opening windows, and the throw pillows looked a bit dingy--those are the only reasons we didn't rate it excellent.

Paulo is kind of allowing us to put away the luggage before the official check-in time. It is an old building, and we are on the 2nd floor. Once the windows are opened, the breeze will fill the rooms. Well-equipped kitchen, love making our own meals. Provided with a washing and drying machine, so we could do our own laundry. The station is closed by either the green metro line or the yellow metro line, with many chain or individual supermarkets nearby.

The host was fabulous from picking us up at the airport to providing links and advice when we needed help with directions. Appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen in a good location.

We thought we were getting 4 singles but had a double and trundle bed. Lamp too far from power point in one of the bedrooms.
