Beautiful flat, fully equipped, well furnished inside and outside (balcony). What you see in the pictures is what you actually find. The direct access to the back garden and swimming pool was perfect for the children. The host is a wonderful lady.

-A few noisy nights from construction work in the building that went on throughout the night (not every night though). There should be a night time curfew period during which all work must cease so that people can rest undisturbed. -You must own or hire a car. We hired one. It's a short 4-5 minutes drive to the supermarkets (Continente and Pingo Doce), and about 10 minutes to the beach (Práia da Rocha Baixinha). Parking at the beach is charged for the period of stay. For a full afternoon, we paid up to 9€.

Exceptionally well equipped property. Tastefully furnished with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Comfortable beds. Ground floor with private patio, complete with dining table and chairs, cushioned rattan sofa, sunloungers and bbq we ate outside for all meals, as easy access to the kitchen. Lovely big shared pool again with plenty beds and parasols. Pool was great to swim in 130cm deep all along, steps or ladder access. Felt very safe here as gated community and good security. We were a group of 3 ladies. Great location too, we had a car, which was useful.

Nothing
