O apartamento localiza-se numa das ruas principais, onde se encontram vários restaurantes e diversão nocturna. Naturalmente existia barulho vindo da rua, até horas mais tardias. O isolamento (i.e. janelas), é insuficiente para o barulho vindo do exterior. A cama extra (montável) e o colchão não estavam nas melhores condições.

Sem dúvida o ponto forte é a localização, mesmo na avenida central. O apartamento é bastante acolhedor, com a remodelação das casas de banho e cozinha que valorizam imenso a propriedade. Cozinha muito bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário. Varanda agradável para aproveitar o calor ao fim do dia ou noite. Cuidado dos anfitriões na resolução de qualquer problema que surja, tendo à chegada um pequeno cabaz de boas vindas.

O quarto virado para a avenida acaba por ter um pouco mais de ruído, que acredito que seja mais evidente nos meses de muita gente (no período em que fomos não foi significativo). A porta de entrada bate um pouco caso esteja muito vento o que pode ser desagradável a noite. Os colchões das camas poderiam ser um pouco melhores. No geral bastante satisfeitos, sendo estes os possíveis pontos a melhorar no futuro.

I liked the location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. New appliances, plenty of space and a nice interior. An excellent option for living with the whole family.

1. There was no cleaning during the stay. At the same time, a fairly large amount is indicated for cleaning. 2. There was a smell in one and the bathrooms that was difficult to get rid of 3. The second shower is very strangely designed. It is very difficult to use (the door rests on the toilet and cannot be opened) 4. There were no such important little things as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher capsule, washing machine capsule, dishwashing sponge, towel or kitchen napkins. When you come for a few days, it’s strange to assume that for a few days you need to bring all this with you or buy it entirely. 5. Not enough toilet paper. There was some toilet paper left in each bathroom, which was clearly not enough for a 5 day stay.

Handy for food, shops and beach. Clean and comfortable beds. Spacious. Modern kitchen and nice decor. Good shower.

The air conditioning was not great. It didn’t cool the room effectively, blew out warm air after a while and felt like it needed cleaned inside. It was difficult trying to find out where the key was to get into the property. We never got the code for the front door. Check out at 10am was too early. Check in at 3-4pm is too late. There was nowhere to leave our bags (our flight was not until 9pm) you would benefit from having a locker room set aside for this.

Nice well stocked apartment very close to the beach. Loved the terrace.
