LovelyStay - Aurora Heights Apartment

Location was great. Near all sights, metro station and grocery stores.

Very spacious flat in a great location for sightseeing. Very big living/dinning room and kitchen.

It can be noisy at night, especially during the weekend (bedrooms face one of the main streets in Porto). Shower kept going cold every 4/5min. Toilet in the main bathroom smelled really bad.

Good location on a busy street. Nice apartment full of light with a view out the front and back windows. Easy access on the 2nd floor up a nice stair case. plenty of space and a good kitchen if you wanted to cook in the apartment.

We travelled all day and arrived late in the evening but unable to shower or wash as no shampoo or shower gel in the main bathroom and not even a bar of soap in the smaller toilet room. Also unable to shower on the 1st morning or wash your hands if using the sink in the small bathroom. I left a message and 1 bottle of shampoo was left so we could wash on our 2nd evening but still no soap for the small bathroom. I sent another message but this was ignored for the duration of our stay. 1 very poor quality pillow each on the beds could be improved with additional pillows or at least one of good quality. The shower head and hose need to be replaced and it was difficult to get any hot water after one person showered.

spacious, well equipped, central to metro station and tourist areas.

shower head broken and very frustrating - easy to fix but NOT fixed. only one key for the main door. initial access in was slow and waited until a local person let us in. No washing machine in a sweaty town?
