Localização é custo-benefício.

A falta de um ar-condicionado ou um ventilador. Devido ao calor tive que deixar a janela aberta durante a noite toda. Porém o barulho dos carros incomodou bastante, não deixando dormir direito.

I liked that it was close to the location where I needed it.

It was so cold in the apartment that I slept with my clothes on. The windows don't close properly, they have defective locks.
