Well located and close to tram lines and metro.

No air conditioning and too much noise to leave windows open. Fans provided but didn’t relieve the heat so not great for the hot summer. Some of the pillows were really uncomfortable.

**************My friend and I arrived at the hotel on Thursday morning, with another friend joining us on Thursday night. Upon our stay, we discovered numerous reviews mentioning a faulty shower door that would not close properly. The apartment features two showers and two bathrooms. Until Saturday, we used the larger shower since we were the first to arrive, and the third person joined later. Unfortunately, the smaller bathroom emitted a bad sewage smell, and we found a cockroach there also. On Saturday, I attempted to use the smaller bathroom's shower. When I tried to close the door, it came off the track and shattered. The potential for serious injury was significant, but I fortunately escaped with only minor scratches. We immediately informed the host about the incident and reviewed previous feedback, which confirmed ongoing issues with the shower door and other maintenance problems. The host claimed that their cleaner had not reported any issues prior to our arrival and that the shower box had been replaced in the past six months. However, the state of the smaller bathroom’s shower box and track suggested otherwise, appearing neither clean nor recently maintained. Reviews from March and April cited problems with the shower door, and out arrival in June having the exact same problem with the shower door indicates the shower box was likely not replaced amd the issue not resolved. The host accused us of damaging the door by rushing, which felt like an attempt to shift blame and avoid responsibility for known issues. This interaction with the host was overall negative and unsatisfactory. Our intent was simply to use the shower, but we were hindered by poor maintenance and lack of care. The host has demanded payment for the damaged shower box, which we are disputing. They should also have insurance to cover such maintenance issues, especially when due to their negligence and knowledge of a fualty door, including the reviews left.

The location was decent, and the size of the accommodation was lovely.

However, the bathrooms were not up to standard. Full of mold and did not feel clean. The toilet leaked with non-clean water. Did not make our stay comfortable.

The location of the apartment is great. The place is huge and is enough for a big group.

Please read all my points below. First, let me just point out the irony that the company renting this apartment was called ‘feels like home’. Couldn’t have felt less at home. The whole apartment needs an urgent repair. Bathroom door didn’t close and open from us entering the property Door to the shower cabin in the same bathroom didn’t close Therefore one bathroom was completely out of order. Meant 6 people had to share one bathroom for the whole sty Electricity switching itself off in the whole apartment at least 25 times during our 3 night stay. Huge problem. Couldn’t use hairdryer as every time we switched it on, the whole apartment would fall into darkness. We weren’t even doing anything when it would switch off out of nowhere. One of us pretty much needed to set up a chair by the fuse box to be ready to flick the switch back on. Made the stay VERY uncomfortable. Poor heating, the evenings cold. Broken small radiators not capable of heating up the apartment. Contacted owners after first night, told us to move the small radiators around. We were already doing this. Very unhelpful. Oven was terrible. Did not heat cook food properly whatsoever. Had to wait for 4x the normal time for food to cook. Make cooking for 6 people very difficult Only around 6 tiny sachets of body wash left in bathrooms. Nowhere near enough for 6 adults for 3 nights. The smallest amount of washing up liquid left in a little “cleaning bag” in the kitchen. Around 15ml. Again not enough whatsoever. Various doors not functioning - kitchen door, main bathroom door, door to first bathroom, shower cabin to first bathroom Not one wardrobe in the whole apartment.

Well situated neighborhood.

The place needs love. It smells musty and kind of like cat pee on entry. We aired it out and managed. The bathrooms are very musty and there is obvious water damage in places throughout. I would be embarrassed to rent this place out if I was a landlord. We've managed Airbnb's in the past and this didn't meet my basic standards.
