Oporto Rivoli Apartments

It was in a cool, old building close to everything. It was fairly spacious. There was a fire hall right across the street, but we don’t remember hearing any sirens during our stay.

It was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Most of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked, but it dripped water so much that it filled a pot in an hour and needed to be monitored so the wood floors didn’t get ruined. There were 3 rooms without windows (kitchen, bathroom, and 1 bedroom), and the lighting for those rooms was dreary.

Sin ascensor , asta la 3° planta con la maleta, llegamos y no teniamos ni una botella de agua en la nevera que era lo minimo con tantisimo calor que hacia 33° , es la unica queja que puedo dar , por lo demas todo bien

It didnt have even basics like hand soap or disz cleaning soap. Ac was not working at all. Description was not correct and its 3 floors

Flat fit our family of 5, was located in a very good space near transport options (it was a short walk to the bus stops and the train station). Internet was really high class.

The toilet and AC leaked, though only slightly and didn't really bother us during the stay (we just wiped it and put a pot under the ac unit).

Missing a few things like kettle, bowls, soap, washing up liquid and clothes and not the fanciest of interior but good for money and staff were nice

The location is perfect and the appartment was spacious, the price is cheap so reading the reviews and I wasn't expecting much more.

There was no light in the hallway or in the outside of the apartment, we always needed the mobile light to open the door. We writed the host to fix it, she said they will do so the next day but never happened. The person who handed over the keys told us there was another copy on the kitchen counter, there was not. The appartment had mold, the walls were falling apart, it had a funky smell and the heating were electric portable ones (we were very cold inside some bedrooms). The cushions were dirty and some of the beds were terrible. The kitchen had grease stains on the wall. Third floor without elevator. I would only recommed this apartment if you want great location at a very cheap price.

Excellent location. Comfortable flat.

Some renovations are really needed.
