first pictures shown are not the actual room. they have 2 rooms and accidentally we booked the studio room as the room with balcony picture was advertised, so we choose that property . no free toilettries and fully equipped kitchen, like it says in the description. there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and only 1 bin bag, nothing else was provided. Also the walls are not soundproof as in the description, you can hear the neighbours well as the apartments are close by. apartment just doesnt feel comfortable. Overall it is ok to stay there once you only there to sleep.

It was a great location with a beautiful balcony. The bed was firm but comfortable and the large windows with a great view were really nice. We liked how close it was to the old town and loved watching the sun rise from our balcony. They did provide towels which were nice and it was nice to have a kitchen.

The room could have used a much more thorough clean. There were hairs in the bathroom and most surfaces had a level of dust. The floors in particular needed a mop and a better sweep - they felt dirty underfoot. The curtains were ripped and stained in places and they do not fully cover the windows. The bathroom ground and floor needs treatment. The bathroom door is peeling in places. Some pillow cases had old stains and the quality of the sheets was poor. The kitchen lacked basic necessities like cleaning paper, fresh sponge, cleaning spray to keep tidy. There is a broken wine glass in the cabinet. Overall there seems to be a lack of care for the property which is a shame because it has so much potential!

la posizione centrale la vista dall'ultimo piano dell'edificio è molto bella monolocale abbastanza completo di cucina, bagno e piccolo terrazzo

- il late check in è troppo caro.. è indicato ed è chiaro nelle informazioni date dall'host, mi sembra esagerato che se si arriva tardi il costo per qualche ora è più caro di una notte intera... soprattutto fuori stagione è ridicolo richiedere 55 euro per entrare tardi.. forse ci tornerei e lo raccomanderei ma questo costo aggiuntivo, è troppo caro a mio avviso e in generale abbassa il giudizio complessivo del posto - l'ascensore non funziona ed è al terzo piano - il letto matrimoniale è stretto, va bene per una o poche notti ma non di più.. - il riscaldamento/condizionatore andrebbe pulito dalla polvere/muffe, quando l'abbiamo acceso si è riempito tutto il terrazzo di polvere e nell'appartamento c'era un odore sgradevole
