Very clean and nice

The property in general was okay.

1. Smell. In the kitchen, the smell was like somebody had been smoking there, and then trying to get rid of this smell by using an aerosol. To be honest, it was one of the most terrible smells that I have ever smelled. 2. The apartment was not cozy at all. We didn't even want to come back for a night to stay there. 3. Almost everything is white and grey, and we were feeling ourselves not quite well because of it. Color makes a difference and affects the mindset. 4. Smell again. But this time the towels. The towels smelled not fresh at all. It seemed like they had been washed, but had been drying for days. I would definitely not stay there again.

Our first apartment was very small but conveniently located to the town centre. Whatever we needed, the host was very responsive and attentive. Although we had to move from the apartment due to a water leak, the host tried her best to accommodate us and even upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment.

The location was ideal, close walk to old town lagos. The apartment was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning

The photographs are very misleading as the apartment we had was quite small and did not have any balcony and outdoor seating area which I was very disappointed about.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to town centre and access to roads leading to west coast. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Great communication from staff.

The property was not as expected. The photos on Booking. Com are very misleading. The building is shabby and needs attention. The lift does not work and hasn't worked for several years. This should be made clear before booking. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and would be very difficult for older guests or anyone with health issues to access. Inside the apartment there is quite a lot of black mould on the ceiling, top of the walls and around the windows. This should have been cleaned before anyone was allowed to stay there as black mould is not good for your health. There wasn't a sweeping brush or dust pan so we couldn't even sweep the floors. No mop bucket or mop. These items are essential as there isn't any maid service provided. No iron or ironing board. Towels are not changed during your stay and there isn't a washing machine to clean them yourself. The sofa was uncomfortable and very low down which made it very difficult to get up from. We were only there for two nights and we wouldn't have wasted to stay any longer. I will try and post some photos of the view from the lounge and bedroom windows.
