Le ménage n’étais pas trop fait car l aspirateur avait été endommagé mais ayant un bébé plein de poussière sur le tapis et sur la terrasse des mégot encore dans le cendrier de la terrasse c’est pas ouf

Jedina chyba bola,ze ventilator od klimy je polozeny na balkone na zemi tak,ze je tam z toho strasne teplo,a vobec sme si tam nevedeli posedet.

Great location, close to the Olhao Marina and restaurants. Dona Isabel was welcoming and very helpful as our flight was slightly delayed and we arrived a little later than expected. The apartment was perfect for our getaway with our elderly parents. There was a lift up to the floor we stayed on and there was a small pool on the block rooftop. Lovely, bright spacious apartment with everything we needed:Great well equipped kitchen, access to 2 bathrooms with hairdryers. Beds were comfortable and plenty of spare bed linen and towels available in the spacious wardrobes.

The apartment itself is very nice, modern and equipped with all amenities. Close to restaurants and a nearby supermarket. Very nice women who waited for us until very late check-in!

Unfortunately, the area is not very interesting, the view from the balcony is of ruined buildings inhabited by homeless people who often harass others. Quite noisy due to ongoing construction. The cleanliness of the apartment also left much to be desired. The floors may have been swept, but they had definitely been washed a long time ago, old dirt was still visible, and the carpets had not been vacuumed for a long time. In the bathroom with a bathtub, the sink was clogged and the water drained very slowly. The bathroom floor is full of hair. I also have a comment about the bedding, which in my opinion was not changed after previous guests, or maybe some of it was not changed. The pillows stank of sweat and dirt, and the sheets, although stretched, were still wrinkled, as if someone had already slept on them. We arrived at the apartment quite late and an additional problem was changing the bed linen, especially since we were tired from the journey and wanted to go to sleep. Unattractive pool, good for small children. Three dirty and cracked sun loungers and 3 chairs, which seems quite ridiculous considering the number of people in all the apartments! I feel that the excellent rating this apartment previously had seems a bit inflated due to the dirtiness. It's probably worth improving the cleanliness if you want to maintain a good review.

My family and I are very happy . Everything was wonderful. They met us and helped us find our apartment late at night because we arrived late at night. The employees are kind 😊 and showed and told us everything. The apartment smelled nice and everything was perfectly clean. Thank you for great holiday 👌🏻

The apartment, communication and cleanliness were second to none.

The neighbours dog barking all day would prevent us from returning to this apartment which is disappointing.

The property was very well presented and offered a comfortable stay. It is located at the far end of the promenade, but we felt safe walking back and forth to the restaurants. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Kitchen is well equipped.

The pool is private, but private for the whole apartment block. Better directions to which block would be appreciated as we did struggle to find the correct one.

Liked the location…easy access to everything!

The towels were worn…need to be replaced,holes in them! The pool area was lovely but there were only five lounge chairs and a couple of these were broken! We had no information booklet on the property or information about the area eg. restaurant,emergency number and nearby activities! First time ever staying in a place without this sort of information!

The apartment was great, very easy and inexpensive to get an Uber from the airport. It was close to the marina and less than 10 mins along the front to the main tourist centre (slightly longer to get the ferry to the beach) Everything that we needed was available in the apartment we only had one technical issue while we were there and Dona Isabel was very helpful in resolving it for us.

It wasn’t an issue for us as we were always the only people at the pool when we used it, but it definitely seemed that there wouldn’t be enough sun loungers if another group was using it at the same time.
