Cabanas Ria Sea View By Algartur

What a beautiful experience with Algartur, the studio was exactly as described,the location was perfect. All communication with Algartur was excellent both via mail and at their office in Tavira,special mention for Diana,she was really excellent.

Great location and we'll equipped.

Stairs, no lift. Stayed for 8 nights with no bedding change.

Fantastic location.Close to shops and restaurants and a supermarket downstairs. Lovely balcony with views of the sea.

There was a smell of drains which did not clear for my entire stay. I was out during the day and had balcony door open when there in the evenings so it didn't spoil my holiday but definitely an annoyance. Also the electricity went off when kettle and toaster on together. Just a matter of switching the switch back on in the fusebox .No biggy but worth a mention.

Well equipped with everything you would need for a week’s stay but washing machine would be an added benifit if staying longer.

Nothing really except a key box at the property rather than office for out of hours arrival. Have suggested this to manager especially since this everything else is via internet .

I had to replace the shower head, as the existing one was blocked and did not spray. Also during rainy periods the roof leaked in the shower room. At night the sound of the dripping interfered with sleep. I informed the maintainance man about this issue.

Location was fabulous. Property was very clean. Apartment block very quiet. Bed very comfortable

Apartment very cluttered; Definitely need to get rid of the ad-hoc breakfast bar. Shower drain was completely blocked on the first day (which flooded the entire apartment). This was promptly but temporarily fixed, but afterwards still drained so slowly, that we couldn’t use it for more than a minute before it started overflowing the shower tray again and flooded the bathroom . We were somewhat ‘surprised’ after initially booking with Booking.com, to discover we had to pay a hefty ‘deposit-retainer’ fee to Agutur (in case we left any garbage bags or failed to wash any utensils etc). This was a little unnerving, and I felt the need to take a video recording of the apartment on the day we left, in order to safeguard our deposit. Not something we have ever felt the need to do elsewhere. The sun screen (sail) on the balcony unfortunately makes walking around on the small balcony very difficult, as much of it is below shoulder height (some of it only waist height)

Waking up to that beautiful view every day. Location right on the front and central to all bars and restaurants. Fresh produce market nearby as well as supermarket on our doorstep. Our favourite restaurant was the Europa.
