Owner and location were great! Lots of info provided for the house and its amenities, and the island itself.

Basic, functional apartment near the city centre and easy walking distance to the sights of Ponta. Limited ammenities but for the price is still decent value.

Listing has a couple of inaccuracies. The primary one being there is no private parking or free parking at all. The listing needs to be updated ASAP to reflect this as it was the primary reason I booked and therefore a substantial let down. The only parking near the unit is pay street parking with a 4 hour max that is virtually always occupied other than late at night. Cups and plates need a refresh, lots of cracked and chipped pieces. As it's on a busy street, noise can be problematic especially given you need to keep windows open to keep the unit cool.
