Ria Center Apartment - Left

Good communication upon arrival and departure. Very clean with good facilities for our stay. Use of washing machine, cooker etc. We even left my daughters teddy behind, and the owner nicely sent us a photo, and has agreed to send it back to us. There is a lovely local cafe situated under the apartment where a lot of the locals go. We had breakfast each morning, and drinks when we got back in the evening, staff and locals were lovely, and the food, drinks and prices were exceptional 😊

Only criticism I have was the hot water temperature which was very hot and could be dangerous with young children. Other than that everything was really good.

Very comfortable for my family of 4. Kitchen and bathroom complete. Great location in residential area, easy to get by car.

It is difficult parking if you get late at night.

We’ve asked for do the check in before the time agreed and they were super flexible and communicative

Ayr condition , one evening was very cold and we couldn't set aye condition to temperature above 21 .

The location is mostly quiet but only a 20 minute walk to the main town and 5 minute walk to a very nice children's park that has lots of beautiful peacocks. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. We were contacted to ask if we needed the room earlier than 2pm, due to flight arrival time, free of charge. A cot, baby seat and other items were provided free of charge and without us having to ask. There are supermarkets close by, including a Lidl.

The lifts were not working on our day of departure so we (two women) had two small children, a pushchair and lots of heavy luggage to get down three flights of stairs. No room within the appartment building to store luggage from 11am until flight departure at 19:45. The owner did say we could drop it off at his office and store it there for free, but it was at least a 30 minute walk away, so we booked Bounce, which was a 18 minute walk and cost €6.99 per bag.

The apartment is very clean and has all the facilities you would need during a stay. 5-7 minutes drive from the centre and 2 cafés under the building. It's really good to have a morning coffee and toast just downstairs

The location wasn't great no restaurants near by the beach was not close
