Rustic Apartment in Poveiros

Hello, We have delayed for our feedback due to our father- grandfather health issues, that were caused of this particular “accommodation” The “accommodation” first of all is full of humidity. Only the air-condition brings loss of oxygen. The two different apartments – one WITHOUT WC- definitely need repairment for the humidity as well as a strong dehumidifier. The “accommodation” is TWO different appartments, for which no one informed us, one without WC nor kitchen. The one which has the WC and the kitchen was hosting our father. The WORST is that the “WC-Bathroom” is “built IN THE BALCONY with a lot of windows and WITHOUT ANY HEATING!!! That means that when we were in the bathroom we were FREEZING. The balcony and the bedroom (of our father) had no jalousies, only old style windows, bringing too cold to the bedroom. It was impossible to bring our father to the next “apartment” cause there wasn’t ANY WC-bathroom. It was impossible to change accommodation, since the owner never accepted to return us the amount of payment and at the same time, even if we told him the issues that caused health issues to our father’s lungs. He even bribed us that if we write a review he will return us 200 euros!!!! We paid almost 1000 euros, it was New Years Eve days and the first day of 2024 we had been in the hospital because my father was seriously ill. This “accommodation” should be out of the Booking services unless the owner makes a healthy restoration of the walls humidity and of the way the “house” is. In order to go to the toilet, you need to pass in front of a bed where someone sleeps, rest or whatever…. There is no privacy. The only privacy is in one room without window and without heating. Also, the toilet is tiny, that means that is impossible a big person to reach into the toilet. The “door” of the shower is broken. There are waters flow all over the toiler’s floor. The kitchen has no heating neither ventilation. The over is out of order!
