Good location, superb price/quality ratio, communicative and friendly host. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, the main bedroom was quiet at night, the beds were comfortable; the balcony very spacious. We asked for a cot for our little one and it was catered for, we also made use of the sand toys provided.

The door in the kitchen opening up to the balcony didn’t stick too well and made the nights very noisy in the living room, due to the wind blowing through it all the time. Could also do with more cutlery and plates.

Pleasant, bright apartment on the 4th floor of a quiet apartment building with an elevator. Panoramic view of the sunrise and the surroundings with the high-rise buildings of the coastal development of Portimao in the background. Under the balcony there is a football field (but there was no noise), next to which two horses grazed every morning. Functional air conditioning, which we used for heating in colder evenings. Comfortable bed. Excellent room shading and always hot water with a strong stream in the shower. Attentions for guests - wine, laundry capsules, etc. Safe parking in the building area. Helpful host.

In the kitchen we only missed cleaning cloths for wiping surfaces in the kitchen or bathroom and a cheese grater. We would have appreciated a few more smaller towels a nd a larger drying rack.

the view is very nice, you can see a tiny bit of the ocean and basically get to watch football, rugby, etc. on the sports field below for free. it's nice to have a sweeping view of portimao. the bed is very good and soft. the RITUALS shampoo and shower gel were a nice touch, i liked the scent (ritual of mehr, orange & cedarwood, though i'm guessing it's not guaranteed that you'll get this scent specifically). loved the hammock, though that could use some cleaning as well. i liked the bedroom especially, it felt relaxing and cozy and soft and safe. everything else that's not criticised below was fine or good.

POTENTIAL SAFETY ISSUE: the outside gate to the private parking was broken/did not close, which defeats the purpose of the other external security gate/outer main entrance. anyone can walk right up to your front door because of the broken gate. this might already be fixed, but if it's not, then i don't really recommend for anyone to stay here, but especially families, women, LGBTQIA+ people, etc. some of the dishes were dirty. poor sound insulation. long hallway directly connecting to the kitchen & living room, which can be a bit scary at night when you're chilling in the living room, but you're afraid of the dark. the extendable part of the couch needs cleaning. as with a lot of portuguese apartments, i suggest adding seasonal rugs for winter, as 1) bare tile floors are a bit ugly and uncomfortable to look at innit, and 2) for insulation. the living room felt a bit bare in general/could be decorated more to make it feel more cozy and homey. a few hairs in the bathroom. the key safe could use fixing/replacing - it was hard for me to open. the picture of the hallway also isn't accurate - the tall vertical wooden shelf you see there with candles in paraphernalia isn't actually in the apartment. the outside seats & cushions definitely need cleaning/fixing, i did not feel comfortable enough to sit on them. the neighbour (seemingly a longer-term tenant) could talk quite loudly sometimes, which could be heard through the walls quite easily. the fridge door creaks. at least one of the kitchen cabinets doesn't quite close. the kitchen drawers and cabinets don't have a slow-close mechanism, which sound-sensitive people might hate. in general, the cleanliness of the place was mostly clean, but you could tell that not enough attention was paid to make it squeaky clean.

Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa. Nos encantó todo! Al apartamento no falta ningún detalle. La cama y las almohadas súper cómodos! Las toallas de buena cualidad. Los electrodomésticos todos que se puede imaginar, además el anfitrión es muy atento y te deja un set de pastillas para la lavadora y el lavavajillas, algunas cápsulas de café, agua y la botella de vino. Todo un detalle 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 la localización está perfecta, la urbanización es muy tranquila y bien conectada con todo. Volveremos seguro 😍

É um apartamento muito acolhedor, espaçoso , bem decorado. Situado numa zona sossegada, com estacionamento privado. O proprietário mostrou-se sempre disponível. Uma experiência a repetir.

L’emplacement est très moyen .. Près d’un terrain vague avec des personnes errantes 😩

Appartement très bien équipé, une situation idéale, la box de bienvenue, des hôtes à l'écoute et réactifs....

Rien tout était top !!

No le falta detalle, tiene todo tipo de electrodomésticos, vajilla, plancha para la ropa, la terraza es increíble… lo dicho no le falta un detalle. Además nos dieron una botella de vino de bienvenida.
