"Un lugar maravilloso donde descansar"

La ubicación, la limpieza, el entorno, y que está todo muy cerca y cruzando el puente de S Luis ya estás en el centro. Las bodegas de alrededor y el mercado, donde se come de maravilla.

Por decir algo, las escaleras, pero porque yo tenía una rotura de menisco reciente.

Location if you want to explore port wine is excellent. Parking is very close, only 3-4min walk. Many restaurants nearby

Small rooms and the beds are quite small for two people. The bathroom is also small and the toilet is really squashed between the wall and the shower screen. The coffee machine didn’t work. Be aware that there are quite few steps to reach the apartment if you travel with big suite cases. The access to the property is via a web link, so make sure that you have roaming data turned on if you travel from abroad. Not much communication with the host, except that you receive a lengthy email with do’s and dont’s prior checking. You have to do online checking, filling a lot of information for every member of the group and that’s quite annoying especially if you are on a road trip like our case. If you don’t like all this, then the place is a good option, but I personally, will go to a proper hotel and wouldn’t mind paying extra 30-40 euros just to have a hassle free checking experience and a better comfort.

O tym obiekcie można powiedzieć, że ma fajną lokalizację, system odbioru kluczy a raczej kodu do drzwi jest świetnie rozwiązany. Kontakt z właścicielem również jest nienaganny. Łóżka były wygodne, klimatyzacja działała.

Niestety mieszkanie "Rose" było zagrzybiałe, pierwszy raz widziałem odstające kawałki czarnego grzyba/pleśni na ścianie (kuchnia). Absolutnie obrzydliwe i niedopuszczalne - szczególnie gdy mówimy o zdrowiu innych osób. Nie lepiej było w łazience i pokojach. Ekspres na kapsułki nie działał - wyrzucał kapsułki, nawet te dostarczone przez gospodarza. Lazienka jest bardzo mała no i niestety - pleśń, woda słabo spływała z odpływu prysznica. Ściany obiektu są brudne i zadniedbane. Bardzo rzadko daje takie oceny obiektom

Die Lage ist toll, mitten in den Portweinkellern und nah am Fluss. das Appartement ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und war ausgesprochen ruhig. Wir hatten keine Nachbarn im Haus deshalb kann ich nicht beurteilen ob es vom Treppenhaus her ringhörig sein könnte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen
