Everything was clean, tidy, and very cozy. Of course, if you really wanted to, you could find a few minor things to complain about, but they are completely outweighed by all the positives. For the price, this place is excellent — a great room and a perfect location. A special thank you for the airport transfer. We were picked up at the airport and taken directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient after a long journey. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto!

Chegar na hora do check-in a hora que tinha dito e estar o quarto todo ainda por limpar. E outra coisa, sendo portugues, é uma falta de respeito que enviem tudo em ingles, uma pessoa nao é obrigada a falar essa lingua... e sabiam muito bem que era portugues porque sempre respondi em portugues.
