Casa da Alegria- Downtown by Oporto Soul

The accomodation was in the center of the town which was great for our daily routine. We really liked the apartment first of all because it was big and comfortable and every room has everything you need for your stay. In the bathroom was all the time hot water and everything was clean. The kitchen has additional utilities that really helped for food preparation. My favorite room was definitely the living room because it was really big, comfortable and we enjoyed staying there at night with our friends drinking vine. The whole booking was great since we had to leave the previous one because we were unsatisfied. The staff here met our expectations and even gave us keys earlier so that we can go into the apartment. We are really pleased with the accomodation and definitely recommend for your stay. ♥️

There was one heating pad, the additional one would definitely be great!

Good location, clean apartment, easy communication from host

No ventilation in the bathroom and an air conditioner in the bedroom, especially during summer time, would be much appreciated.

The flat itself was nice enough, no frills but all of the basics were there. The double bed in the bedroom was fairly comfortable for two people. It was a pretty spacious flat so we could spread out. The price was quite reasonable for what it was.

The apartment manager/host was unfriendly and unhelpful via whatsapp. The location was quite a walk away from most of the central areas up one long hill. The shower head was quite flimsy and didn't work properly at one point.

Apartment was very good and comfortable and clean and located in prime location near center.

There is nothing which I didn't like. We enjoyed our stay.
