If you are travelling by car, there are a few spots around the neighbourhood you can park for free or little money. You can‘t really stop right in front of the building, since it‘s a busy, narrow two-lane road, but walk a few minutes to the next parking street.

The apartment itself looks just like in the pictures. The biggest disappointment though is that it the accommodation is located directly in the flight path of the nearby airport in Lisbon. This means that every 3-5 minutes planes fly directly over the house and cause an enormous noise. During the day it did not bother us because we were exploring the city, but at night we found little rest because of the noise. If you plan to eat or cook in the apartment, you should bring or buy dishwasher tabs and detergent, as they are not included in the equipment. Kitchen towels or kitchen roll were missing as well.

Self-check-in was very easy and convenient. The flat was smaller than expected from the pictures but it had everything as shown in the images. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The price was also very reasonable.

I accidentally paid the city tax twice and am still waiting on that refund, it finally came though but they charged me 12euro to send 16euro without my consent or telling my anything, essentially I received £3 while I sent above £14. Beyond disgusting behaviour. There wasn't even any handwash or soap in the toilet to wash hands with. We just moved the dishwashing liquid into the washroom and used that.

Location was really convenient to get to the main hot spots in Lisbon. Apartment is relatively modern.

It would have been nice to know the property was on the ground floor especially as a single female so did not feel comfortable to leave the back door open. Towels unfortunately were not clean and stray hands found in my bed.
