Luxury part of the city - Modern Apartment with Airconditioning - near Subway

The location of the apartment is very good. Not so close from the main touristic attractions, but with very easy access to public transportation and lots of ride share options (uber, bolt). Not far from Airport and with several restaurants (all kinds), grocery (Continente is ver close and good) and even a bakery with fresh breads next to it (don't miss it). Air conditioners on the rooms were good and the showers were also good. Kitchen had basically everything thing.

The advertisement of if is kind of misleading. It is not a "Modern"apartment at all and the main picture of it is of a nearby building (which is a modern building). All of our family members though the building of the add was the one we would have the apartment. The rooms are not big, including the kitchen that didn't provide us the experience we were expecting (to have dinners as a whole family, as the table could barely fit 6 or 7 adults). It has elevator, but you still need to go half floor (approx. 7 steps) to get to the elevator and another half floor after you leave the elevator.

The appartment was at a fairly good location, it was cosy and pretty. It was clean and it had a washing machine and dishwasher which was nice. Good value for money

Couldn't quite fit 12 people. One of the chair beds was broken and could not unfold into a bed. It was advertised that it has airconditioning but that was excluding the 4 people sleeping in the common room, they had none. There was no possible way to unfold all 4 of the sofa beds in that room, so we had to move one to a different room.
