Alloggio ben accessoriato e pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile, anche se non rispondono subito ai messaggi o alle chiamate.

Struttura brutalista con cemento a vista, poco comfort termico al rientro in stanza. Qualche disguido per la prenotazione del transfer per il ritorno in aeroporto, gestito e risolto in autonomia.

"Porto, eine schöne, lebendige Stadt mit vielen Gesichtern."

Das Viertel und die Lage der Wohnung sind geschickt. Es gibt noch ein wenig "einheimischen Alltag" und nicht nur hochglanzpolierte Tourismusfassade. Die jeweiligen Hotspots sind dennoch fußläufig in einer Viertelstunde zu erreichen. Metrostationen auch. Busverbindungen noch näher. Kleiner Tipp: Wer mit dem Auto kommt und dieses nicht wegen den guten sonstigen Fortbewegungsmöglichkeiten benötigt, sollte nach dem Entladen sein Fahrzeug werktags außerhalb der teuren zeitbegrenzten Innenstadtzonen abstellen und zur Abreise dann wieder anfahren.

Es gab nur einen Schlüsselsatz. Sollte mindestens noch ein weiterer sein. Im Haus befinden sich insgesamt 9 Appartements. So stylisch die Bauart mit Sichtbeton auch ist, ist das Gebäude insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Auch der Lärm aus den umgebenden Straßen wird durch die offene Bauart eher verstärkt, als gemindert. Ein beachtenswerter Punkt für Familien mit kleineren Kindern oder lärmempfindliche Menschen.

Boa localização. Apartamento muito moderno, decoração estilo industrial muito gira, casa de banho grande, boa base de duche, cama muito confortável, varanda.

Não há máquina de roupa, insonorização do exterior muito fraca.
