Estrada De Benfica 600 Apartamentos

We needed to stay somewhere in benfica and this was the best part of Benfica. Throughout the whole stay this was the only good thing. Maybe,I can also say that check in and out was easy. But there were noone for arrival. Everything was written on the mail. That is it.

- Severe cockroach infestation, including babies - Very noisy and poorly insulated building If you don’t mind cockroaches, it could be an interesting place to observe their “family life,” as they are everywhere, including baby ones. The building itself also seems to have been constructed without proper sound insulation, so the noise level is almost the same as being out on the street. Of course, we had read the reviews beforehand, and many people had warned about these issues. Still, I chose to trust that improvements had been made based on those reviews. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The place was exactly as described in the complaints.

Gostei do quão arejado o quarto é, a zona de refeições e a varanda são muito agradáveis, apesar da janela de correr estar estragada e não dar para fechar na totalidade, o que acaba por ser um questão de segurança. A cama era muito confortável.

À entrada, encontrámos uma sra a fazer a limpeza do quarto. Disse que eram mais 10 min enquanto limpava o chão do mesmo, esperámos 20 min e ninguém nos veio chamar. Acabámos por entrar novamente para ver se o quarto estava pronto e estava, mas ficamos muito espantados quando percebemos que o chão do mesmo estava todo sujo afinal ficámos à espera para nada.

Localização.

Água fria, duche entupido e sem pressão. Lençóis sujos, péssima higiene. Fechadura da porta, super difícil para abrir.

Alojamento com paredes com bolor, candeeiro partido e que não funcionava a lâmpada, sanita com vestígios de fezes de outras pessoas, lençóis manchados, duche de água fria e com pouquíssima pressão, ralo entupido.

Sossegado e óptima localização.
