BA Bohème

The host and his parents were very welcoming. They provided a bottle of white wine and delicious local pastries ( the famous pastels de nata ) on our arrival. Luis went to great pains to answer any questions we had and clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay in Lisbon. The location was noisy at night but very convenient for dining out at night and seeing the sights during the day.

The one drawback for us was the location in a popular bar district which meant we heard loud shouting, crowds singing, and screaming in the street until well after 1 am ( after 2 am on Saturday ) on most of the nights we stayed in the apartment. It did cause trouble with sleeping. But perfect if you are a party animal!

Garage was available for additional cost which was great. great area, football distance to all important areas. family owned.

The host was wonderful and so kind and offered to pick us up at the airport as he was close by. The apartment was lovely, very clean and spacious. There is an elevator and all facilities we could have needed and even a washing machine (even though we didn't use it). The location is great, in the middle of Bairro Alto, so close to the night life, but in a quieter street.

Nothing, it was all great.

The host is super. He reaches out to guests to provide necessary information, as well as great suggestions for interesting activities and places to visit. We had a wonderful 2 week stay at BA Boheme.

Luis the landlord was exceptionally generous in helping out with any requests I had. The location is really good and close to many points of interest and the apartment is big and clean, as displayed in the photos. Great place!

Grocery and tram/bus stop within 2min walk. Elevator int he building. The apartment is really nice, everything works.

I was promised potty for my daughter but it wasn't. Little more cleanings tools would have been great.

Luis’s apartment was ideal for us. It is very centrally located in Barrio Alto, and literally a few meters from multiple cafes, restaurants and shops. The central areas of the city are only a short walk away, and are easy to access via public elevators, the iconic Number 28 Tram and the Metro. Despite being in the middle of all the action we found that the apartment was very secure, and relatively quiet and private.
