Authentic Graça - Cozy Flat with Local Soul

The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. There's an air conditioner that also functions as a heat pump. Hot water in the bathroom and kitchen comes quickly. The location is somewhat secluded; I chose it because an acquaintance lives on the same street. It's a multicultural but peaceful neighborhood. The street is quite steep, as is the staircase to reach the apartment. All manageable, but a factor to consider for people not in good shape or with mobility issues. The asking price, in my opinion, is high for what is offered, but I must say that, in general, prices in Lisbon are high, so it's probably in line with the overall market.

Kitchen to be redone: Marble countertop broken, cabinet door under the stove not aligned. Small insects in the living room (silverfish). Shower box with doors coming off the tracks and not closing unless manually repositioned. Considering the amount requested, I would expect regular maintenance and investment to repair things that break.

Everything you need in the apartment, even a hair dryer with a difffuser (!!!) - perfect for curly hair owners (me&my daughter), friendly neighbourhood, convenient public transport.

We stayed there back in April with our one year old. The owner was very nice and fast to respond. The apartement had everything we needed.

We asked for a crib when booking the acomodation and it was confirmed. It wasn't there when we checked in. We asked again for it, but we didn't get it until the third night.

I liked the view from the balcony and how clean it was.

Apartment is fine But outside apartment, very dirty entry and location. Bad smell Tight stairs Hear voices clearly from neighbour apartment.

Very cozy ..
