USThe location is excellent, overlooking Carvoeiro beach center, and the apartment has very good space and is well equipped.
We had some issues with the water heater only coming on when the kitchen faucet was on full high heat. The bathroom sink & shower did not seem to engage the water heater, so it was a bit of a problem having a hot shower since we had to run hot water in the kitchen to start the water heater, then turn on the hot water in the bathroom. Also, despite having generous space, the amount of furniture seemed a bit cluttered with some furniture being a bit dated.

dated decor .outdoor furniture on rear patio needed replacing as broken and sharp plastic edges . kitchen chairs not safe to sit on as too wobbly. generally needs updating
