The kind host and his wife are lovely. They can and will help you if you have any questions or requests. The location is great and the facilities are good (bathroom, bedroom, terrace and kitchen).

Everything was perfect! Excellent cookies and other amenities. Xavier even shipped the toy rabbit that our daughter had forgotten to the property back to our home. Thank you!

We had an amazing time here. It was like visiting family! Xavier welcomed us on arrival, showed around the house, offered a map with recommended restaurants and places to visit. We were also offered fresh bread, cheese, home-made pate, sweets, and even wine! The house was very quiet and centrally located.

The host is super nice. He gave us a lot of information about the island and provided some regional food to make our stay more comfortable. He was always available and make us feel like at home. We will definitely repeat if we go back to Terceira.

Xavier’s flat is an ideal location in this wonderful old town. The flat is nicely decorated and extremely clean. It has a delightfully authentic feel, as it you were staying in a relative’s house. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a pleasant outside sitting area. Xavier and his wife are warm, gracious hosts—I cannot exaggerate how helpful and pleasurable they are. Xavier is glad to provide you information and tips, and is very responsive to your needs. Then, there are those welcome gifts.

Xavier is a wonderful host. He is really enthusiastic and will tell you everything you want to know about the island, where to go, where to eat etc. The patio is really nice and comfortable and you have a view over the garden where he grows his own spices.

The bed is a bit small.

Xavi (the owner) was absolutely the best host ever ! He warmly welcomed us to the apartment and gave us a great overview of the island and places to visit and restaurant recommendations (all of which were excellent). We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment has everything you need and some lovely extra welcoming gifts provided by Xavi. The photos are totally accurate. The location is excellent - short walk into the main part of the town. Be prepared to climb some steep streets in Angra if you want to visit the city on foot. Free parking was available nearby everytime we needed it. Xavi was available to answer questions at any time (he and his wife live upstairs in totally separate apartment). Lovely private outdoor patio. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.
