Fullest Apartments

The apartment is in a good spot, the AC works, there is hot water.

We found ants in the kitchen, on the floor and in the bathroom. Blanket had some insects in it, some lights are broken, forniture is barely holding togheter. The bathroom is near the bedroom and you will smell every odor in there, because while you can close the door, there is big open gap just above. Speaking of doors, the only door from witch you access the apartment complex malfunctions, you'll have a hard time opening it.

Η τοποθεσία

Πρώτα απ όλα ο οικοδεσπότης. Χωρίς πριν να μας ενημερώσει μας άλλαξε το δωμάτιο. Το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσε είναι ακατάλληλο για διαμονή. Επ ουδενί λόγω θα το νοικιαζαμε ακόμα κι αν ήταν μόνο 5 ευρώ την ημέρα. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο στο πίσω μέρος που βλέπει στις εξόδους των εξαερισμων των εστιατορίων που βρίσκονται κάτω από αυτό με αποτέλεσμα η ατμόσφαιρα μέσα στο σπίτι να είναι αποπνικτικη όπως η θέα αυτής της εγκατάλειψης του εξωτερικού χώρου - φωταγωγου. Έτσι αναγκαζομασταν να μην ανοίγουμε καθόλου και να μένουμε κλεισμένοι. Όχι μόνο λόγω των παραπάνω αλλά και από το φόβο τυχόν τρωκτικων και περιστεριών. Καθαριότητα, παροχές απαράδεκτα ( δεν υπήρχε στο μπάνιο τίποτα, ούτε ένα μικρό σαπουνακι για τα χέρια) ξύλινα πατώματα που τρίζουν απίστευτα, το κρεββάτι χωμένο ίσα να χωράει σε δύο χωρίς ούτε ένα κομοδίνο και θόρυβος που να μη μπορείς να κοιμηθείς. Και τέλος επικίνδυνες ηλεκτρικές εγκαταστάσεις. Παραθέτω φωτογραφίες για του λόγου του αληθές.

Location is perfect

. The front door could do with some TLC. On entering the property the sensor lights did not activate we were left in complete darkness using phone torches, a dangerous situation. Once we started climbing the stairs the sensors did start to work. The climb to 4th floor was not a pleasant experience, badly maintained,scruffy paint, chipped boards under doors etc. The apartment itself did look clean but certainly nothing to wow us. Overall not somewhere we were happy to stay. We fortunately found alternative accommodation at additional expense for our trip. When we reached out to advise that we were not staying, his response was ???.

A localização é ótima. O apartamento é grande e tem o necessário. Ficamos no primeiro andar, o que foi bom em função das escadas com as malas (pq não tem elevador). Não tinha vista para rua (e tb não escutávamos barulho da rua, que é bem movimentada e com restaurantes). O apartamento é antigo, mas foi reformado, tendo decoração simples (o suficiente para quem vai passar alguns dias). O acesso é fácil. E o Ricardo (anfitrião) foi muito gentil e atencioso.

O banheiro é um pouco escuro e não tem ventilação, mas o chuveiro é ótimo.

Estaba todo un poco deteriorado

Todo estuvo perfectamente preparado. La comunicación también fue excelente. ¡Un fin de semana perfecto!

Esclusivamente la posizione dell'appartamento, strategica e ben collegata.

Sicuramente la pulizia e la sostituzione della biancheria. Siamo arrivati trovando l'appartamento in pessime condizioni per un misunderstanding con l'host, risolto per fortuna di lì a poco. Poi la sicurezza: essendo una zona molto trafficata abbiamo avuto uno spiacevole incontro in struttura con due persone probabilmente alticce, e ci siamo un po' spaventati e sentiti in pericolo.
