Tinha um pouco de barulho por causa do piso de madeira.

Las fotos eran del apartamento, pero de hace tiempo. No ha habido mantenimiento desde hace un tiempo.

Δεν μας άρεσε που δεν μας καθάρισαν ούτε μια φορά το δωμάτιο,ούτε πετσέτες ούτε χαρτί υγείας.Το κρεβάτι στο κυρίως δωμάτιο μικρό.

La limpieza, reformado regular , olor a humedad.Sin ascensor.

Excellent high speed WiFi (we streamed movies with no problems). Well functioning air conditioning with two separate units (bedroom and kitchen). Well sound proofed, no disturbance from street life while sleeping. Kitchen with microwave, stove top for two pots/pans, fridge with a small freezer compartment. Kitchen lacked some utensils, but this was promptly remedied by Ricardo the host (lovely, helpful guy). Narrow balcony without furniture, but we brought out the kitchen chairs and enjoyed watching the street life. EXCELLENT location! Very close to Metro Restauradores, Rossio train station (with trains for Sintra), Rossio square, a nice Pingo Doce (for groceries). Two lovely delis (Manteigaria Silva and Manuel Tavares) and three Ginjinha bars 5-7 minutes away. A 10 minute walk to Rua Augusta, and to the starting point for trams 28 and 12 (go for the 12, insane lines for 28!). Picturesque and traditional street. Many nice restaurants very close by (Solar do Bacalhau with lovely Portuguese fish dishes just opposite the apartment, Bonjardim with delicious chicken piri piri just around the corner). A 25 minute walk (or 2 metro stops) to Cais do Sodré (with trains to Estoril, Cascais).

The overall standard was worn and on the low side - but clean. Queen size bed with a shared sheet and blanket. Our apartment (102) was on the 1st floor. No lift/elevator, so the apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors not suitable for anyone moving impaired.

Gli 81 scalini per andare in appartamento e nessuno che lo avesse detto,difficile specialmente se uno non ha 20 anni!
