"Cute and spacious apartment by the beach"

Lovely and spacious apartment located right by the beach with two bedrooms and a big terrace. The sunbeds on the terrace were great when wanting to enjoy some sun. Kitchen and laundry room had the necessary facilities. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, and gave us loads of info and tips about São Miguel. Would definitely recommend staying here. The checkout time at 12 was highly appreciated.

The apartment is located in a noisy street and the thin windows are not sound proof. The mattress in the small room was not comfortable, as it was very stiff. The toilet in the smaller bathroom didn't flush properly. The house rules related to the checkout cleaning were a bit demanding. We would have expected that throwing out the trash, placing the cutlery back to its drawer would be something included in the price and taken care of by the housekeeping.

Your direct at the beach parking and restaurants, there will be noise and parking could be an issue!

"Very good"

Everything is very good,- location opposite a beach, downstairs a couple of restorans. Not too far from Ponta Delgada centre. Well equiped kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious and nice appartment.

Only downside could be that sometimes it may get a bit noisy from the neighbours. But in general we enjoied our stay.

"Excellent location and spacious"

The location was excellent. It was 5 mins out of ponta delagada with the bus stop opposite. A restaurant was below and 2 lovely beaches opposite. Lots of space. 3 balconies and Great facilities. Much better than expected. Nice pool. Plenty of space for 6

It was fine, but was a little noisy at times because the window wouldn't close.

"Superb"

Spacious apartment, very good equipped with everything you need. Washing machine and dryer were very useful. Excellent location with beautiful view, just on the beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful despite of our late night arrival.

Toilet seat is not in good condition.
