Quite spacious and pleasant apartment, the area is nice and quiet. You can hear the pleasant sound of waves in the apartment, but not too loud. I recommend this apartment for a stay.

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a very good location. Our host Beatriz was very communicative and helpful all the time. You can find everything in the apartment like at home. Perfectly clean. The common terrace has a really nice ocean view and has beautiful plants. Absolutely recommended.

The parking in front of the building is not so easy. You have 2 reserved slots for the apartment's guests but it is almost occupied all the time (even if there are orange cones at the slots, but it is not the fault of the host at all...) and the traffic is relatively big until the evening.

The apartment is located in the city centre of Praia da Vitória and has street parking available for the customers. Located on the second floor, the building has an elevator. The apartment is a studio, with the kitchen, sofa and bed in the same room. The condo had an iron, some utensils to clean and hang the clothes, AC, a big smart TV, and all the kitchen basics. The bathroom had a hairdryer. The mattress was comfortable but the bed was not so well built.

When we entered the apartment, the AC was turned on and there was a strong smell of humidity. When contacted the property didn't respond. An investment fund manages the property. All the kitchen cabinets had humidity and mould. The ceiling had yellow patches and we could see some infiltration problems in some walls. Although the apartment had fresh towels, they forgot to clean the bathroom mirror and the mould from the shower. There was also a chair with a broken foot and the bed squeaked.

Great location, beautiful ocean view, we had everything what we needed, has a great kitchen. And all is for fair price. We liked it.

Maybe because of the ground floor or the ocean/bathroom, it smelled a little bit musty (but with open window it was ok).

Excellent stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable i was impressed with the kitchen, very nicely equipped for doing some of your own cooking. Definitely recommend.

I truly enjoyed the location. The beach and bars are located a few steps away. It is peaceful and quiet at night.
