MY LX FLAT Bairro Alto Design Apartments

La zona no está mal, cerca del mirador De San Pedro Alcántara y zona con bastante vida. Lo cual puede ser una pega si quieres más tranquilidad, aunque la calle no es especialmente ruidosa.

Aunque el mobiliario y la limpieza no están mal, lo que no me gustó nada es el olor tan fuerte a humedad que había. Además, como las ventanas estaban a pie de calle, tenían un tope puesto para que no se pudieran abrir, con lo cual era imposible ventilar la habitación. El aire acondicionado iba fatal, estando a 17 grados echaba un hilo de aire poco frío. Si llega a hacer una temperatura muy alta, te asfixias en ese apartamento. He visto desajustado el precio. Por casi 200 euros la noche hay hoteles que ofrecen más comodidades. Por circunstancias personales quería alojarme en esa zona, pero no repetiría. He de decir, que tuve un problema para el acceso y me atendieron por teléfono rápido y muy bien. Pero ventilen esa habitación por favor.

El alojamiento en sí , la ubicación .. el detalle de bienvenida , la historia de la casera .. y detalles como toallitas makeup para las chicas

No pudimos fregar platos y vasos porque no habia estropajo y en el baño pequeño la alcachofa de mano y la fija tenían fuga de agua . Por lo demás todo bien

The location of the apatrment was exceptional. It was located in the historical center. The profile of the center is very hilly so its not convenient for older people. Except this the apartment was in the perfect spot. Its extremely closed to the food store and many and many restaurants. Also its in the walking distance of the metro and tram. If you are looking for great location, good apartment for the perfect price, this is the choice.

The apartment was in the basement, partly due to the narrow street and partly due to small windows there is not enough sun light. To stay there for couple of days, its not a problem, but for the long term stay I would not choose this one. Some equipment e.g. handles, taps were a little bit broken.

Location

Upon entering the apartment, we were met with a strong, musty smell of stagnant air, poorly masked by the overpowering scent of cleaning products. While opening the windows initially helped dissipate the odor, an awful smell of urine filled the living room shortly after the windows were closed. Additionally, both shower drains were severely clogged, causing water to pool and nearly overflow into the bathroom. We immediately reported these issues to the host, but her responses were dismissive and unhelpful. Despite requesting a partial refund, she ignored us entirely, denying our concerns and claiming they were unfounded. After our stay, the host went so far as to falsely accuse us of breaking a handheld showerhead we hadn’t even used. She doubled down on her claims, insisting the drains were functioning normally and blaming the urine smell on the outside environment—even though the windows were closed. This apartment is poorly maintained and dirty, managed by a host who disregards guest comfort and concerns. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness and functioning amenities. Don’t be deceived by its trendy decor or misleading photos

I arrived around midnight and the door access link that was sent during booking didn't work to open the keys. I had to message the host and request a new link. It was also difficult to find my apartment since the units weren't marked with any numbers, so I had to go to all floors trying to open doors to find the right one.

Great location at a quiet street of Barrio Alto. Clean and spacious. They provided wine, bread, olive oil, coffee, and toiletries

Communication prior to check-in could have been better. I asked if I could check in an hour before the stated check-in time, 3pm, just to drop off bags, and the response was: this is based on availability. I responded and never heard back. When I arrived at 15.00 they were still cleaning the apartment and I waited on the stairs until 15.20 The apartment was cold, and since it is a basement, it is quite dark. There was a small hot air heater, which is not enough for the whole apartment.

It was nearly located to the city center

Our room was on the floor / street side. During the night we didn’t sleep very well because it was very very loud..
