OLD TOWN PENTHOUSE - Barreirinha

It had a lovely sea view which we enjoyed each day. The apartment had plenty of space and was cozy. The location is excellent.

The sunshade had been removed, so we weren’t able to sit outside as much as we wanted. The neighbours dog barks loudly at all times of the night and as there is no air con so windows need to be open. This idiot disturbs the entire neighbourhood. The plastic toaster had broken and needs to be replaced for safety.

Perfect location with everything you could need for a wonderful stay in Funchal!

It was very warm without air conditioning.

The apartman is on the top floor above Barerrinha Cafe what is one of the famous beach bar in Funchal, but the noise was normal, there wasn't disturb us. The apatment is fully equipped with everithing you need. Nothing is needed! Close there is a good bakery, shops and thousands of restaurants.

This is not a negative thing, but as we read already in the previous notes, the steirs for the above room is really bad and dangerous not just for kids, for adults too, it must to change for a kind what can usable.

Great location and apartment fantastic. Host very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the public swimming area in the sea below.

There can be noise from the local bar on Fri and Sat. Groups playing on Saturday were very good and everyone enjoying themselves including us.
