I had a very good stay in Lisbon. The accommodation was very well located, close to Muñiz station, which made getting around the city very easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well suited for two people, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts also had lovely touches, such as a welcome bottle of wine, which was a very nice gesture. The arrival instructions were very clear, and the check-out was flexible, which made the experience even more convenient. Overall, a pleasant and highly recommendable stay.

The property was in a very questionable location - You open the door and see numerous trash cans on the road. The smell of the gutter was very, very prominent. The property as such was not great. Running hot water was limited in time. The toilet paper was mouldy and placed in a broken plastic box. No proper toiletries were available. The shower was mouldy in parts. The lamps over the bed were dirty, and not sure if they even worked. The ad says the property is close to the city center, but what it doesn't say is that you need to cilmb a very steep hill through a very dodgy-looking neighbourhood to get there. This was clearly misleading advertising. I had to move out soon after, and went through the trouble of finding a new hotel, which btw was cheaper and far nicer than this place, and was also right in the city centre.

L’appartamento ben arredato, ben attrezzato, ottima disponibilità dell’host, tranquillità. La posizione è abbastanza centrale. Possibilità di rilassarsi o di lavorare/studiare comodamente. Ristoranti e comodità nelle vicinanze.

Da pulire meglio le finestre, è un’area umida, gli angoli del ripiano cucina e alcuni utensili. È veramente triste vedere la spazzatura buttata in terra nelle strade adiacenti, sia da un lato che dall’altro dell’appartamento. Le scalinate dal centro per arrivare all’appartamento sono faticose, ma ogni mezz’ora c’è possibilità di una corriera ( nr. 19E ) che parte dal centro o dalla zona di Estrela/Principe.

​Η τοποθεσία είναι σχετικά καλή και εύκολα προσβάσιμη στο κέντρο της πόλης. ​Η επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα ήταν άμεση. ​Σε περίπτωση προβλήματος με τα κλειδιά, μας βρήκε μια εναλλακτική λύση.

​Σοβαρό Πρόβλημα Υγιεινής: Το κυριότερο πρόβλημα ήταν η ΑΦΟΡΗΤΗ ΜΥΡΩΔΙΑ ΜΟΥΧΛΑΣ που επικρατούσε στο δωμάτιο. ​Έλλειψη Βασικών Παροχών: Δεν υπήρχαν καθόλου κάψουλες για την καφετιέρα, ούτε δεύτερο σετ πετσετών. ​Καταχρηστική Χρέωση: Υπήρξε μια καταχρηστική χρέωση 25€ για την παράδοση των κλειδιών μετά τις 9 μ.μ., κάτι που κρίνεται εντελώς αχρείαστο, δεδομένου ότι βρέθηκε άλλος τρόπος παραλαβής σε άλλη περίσταση. ​Απαράδεκτη Σύσταση Ταξί: Ένα ιδιαίτερα δυσάρεστο περιστατικό αφορούσε τον ταξιτζή που μας πρότεινε η οικοδέσποινα, δηλώνοντας ότι το έκανε για να μας προστατέψει. Παρόλα αυτά, ο οδηγός ζήτησε 25€ για μια διαδρομή 7 χιλιομέτρων, όταν το κανονικό κόστος ανέρχεται στα 8-10€. Με ραντεβού 15€. ​Συνοψίζοντας: Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής είναι απαράδεκτη. Το κόστος διαμονής δεν δικαιολογείται από την κατάσταση του χώρου. Δεν θα συνιστούσαμε αυτό το κατάλυμα.

the property was very clean. the check in was was easy.. The bed was very comfortable.. It had a washing machine.

The property didn’t quite match the photos in terms of lighting. The flat felt dark and a little claustrophobic. The furniture in the ‘ living area’ isn’t really suitable for spending any time there especially on an evening. There was still a musty smell which has been mentioned in other reviews. We chose the apartment for its washing machine as we hand been travelling, but there was nothing to hang clothes on to dry, again, that has been mentioned in previous reviews. An iron…but not ironing board. The decorative safe and typewriter took up,space and added nothing to the apartment.
