It was so clean and everything provided very comfortable and close to town and beach

Lovely, comfortable Apartment, had everything you needed. Convenient to Alvor village and only 10mins walk to beach.

Lovely spacious apartment. Everything we wanted was there. Very central walking distant to shops restaurants etc.

La casa era molto spaziosa e vicino alla spiaggia, e al centro. Ci si arriva a piedi. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Suzanna al check-in ci ha fornito tanti consigli utili ed è stata gentilissima. Ci tornerei.

Leggero odore di muffa o di chiuso. Non c'era nessun segno di muffa nell'appartamento.

The property was spacious, clean and in a fabulous location

Little touches were missing; no welcome pack at all; absolutely nothing! Beach towels not provided, even though previous reviews highlighted this as a problem.

Clean, comfortable apartment with everything my family of 4 needed. Great air conditioning, lovely terrace for breakfast in the morning. The pool was fabulous and always had sun beds available. Great location only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the same to the old town of Alvor. A good supermarket only 5 minutes walk away. Great contact with Suzana who met us at the apartment with our keys and showed us around. Suzana was so helpful when I needed advice about finding some medical assistance, even offering to drive me to the clinic. The complex was well kept and quiet. We really loved our stay at Vila da Praia.

The sliding back door was difficult to lock. I’m not sure if it was broken or just we didn’t have the knack, but the outer shutters closed so we felt safe and didn’t feel the need to contact the host about it. Out of the hosts control, but the neighbours above us made quite a bit of noise on a number of nights. It could happen anywhere so it wouldn’t stop me recommending this apartment.
