O apartamento é perfeito, luxuoso e a proprietária do alojamento é impecável 👏

Da sala de estar….

O atendimento e a prestação a invasão de privacidade, a dona do alojamento está constantemente a encomodar e a ser desagradável com mensagens e telefonemas a toda hora e momento. Os armários completos de roupa sem qualquer espaço para que esta de estadia e quer arrumar as malas e não tem onde arrumar os pertences…. E não entendo como pode estar um apartamento bonito mas sem condições para alojamento….

We understand that this is a lived in home but if you’re looking at renting it as a” luxury penthouse “ you need to ensure that” everything “ is functioning correctly. I.e. garage remote not operating, air conditioner not functioning, no pillows, we had to use the pillows from the outdoor setting that was piled up in the corner of the bedroom as we couldn’t find any pillows. Couldn’t get into the pantry/larder as it was completely occupied with cleaning products, ironing board but no iron (or we couldn’t find it anyways). The apartment was clean and served out needs.

Isabel was really friendly and welcomed us at her appartment in a very professional way. She also recommended us places to eat traditional Portuguese food, after asking us what we were looking for. The apartment was modern and cozy. And the parking was included!

That we couldn´t enjoy the apartment more, because we were visiting nearby cities ;P

Isabel, our host, was a great help with every detail. She suggested us places to go, and was lovely at every situation, trying to make our time at her apartament as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much!!!
