I felt welcome and accommodated

We didn't stay long enough and we were traveling alone. If it was a bigger group for a longer time and with good communication with the staff it could easily provide a lovely base for a great holiday.

"Nice place, but...."

Location, very very clean. Really nice place very relaxing during day.

A systematic clank every 5 minutes. MOSQUITOES 🦟 a lot of them. Turnig our sleeping nights in to a nightmare.

Quiet location with an easy access and a big parking.

Our room was below a ground level, very dark and damp and it didn't feel cozy at all. A bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close and the bathroom was just in front of a main entrance with a glass door, so basically everyone who would walk by could see you. In description there had to be a washing machine and iron but there was none. We could hardly give away our clothes for laundry as a staff didn't speak English and couldn't understand us. A manager on a phone also didn't speak English.

"Beautiful countryside/rural stay not far from the beach."

Location: a countryside view and in walking distance to the beach, a bus is available to the beach too. Very clean and comfortable. Restaurants /cafes in walking distance too. Ideal if you don't want to be in the centre of Lisbon. Prompt response to with booking.com messaging to the provision of an iron and ironing board. We loved it and will be back.

Bathroom requires more lighting, very dark. Bathroom door extremely difficult almost impossible to close. Reported to Lovelystays who ensured this would be taken care of. Chickens on the property and the dogs in the neighbourhood. disturbed the peace at times. Too much irrelevant communication from Lovelystays received beforehand and then confusion/delayed communication on check in. An additional amount of monies must be paid separately and a check in form completed online before a code is received for the host to allow check in. Due to signal, communication delayed.
