Near the beach but not great view

What was fine: - Location was fantastic. - The overall apartment is big and has enough space for a family and even more. - All utilities were functional in general (except coffee machine and one of the hairdriers) - Even though the building is almost sea frontline facing, we didnt hear that much noise if at all. - Having the garage to park the car is very useful

What was not how it should be: - We found some covers for the beds with blood (probably from previous guests) which is not acceptable at all (and I would give a lower rating just for this) - One of the bathrooms had a very poor shower cabin that was leaking water all around because it wasn't installed properly - The coffee machine was a little fiddly but at the end we managed to make it work - The apartment was a little smelly - not sure if the cleaning was as good as it could be or if its just something we are not used to, but we never had a great sensation in this area.

Beds were uncomfortable Toilet seat was broken Falsely advertised view...there is no ocean view Coffee maker didn't work, apparently the water container was not placed correctly but we didn't put it that way, we just tried to use it as it was left for us. Campers were using the area under the balcony as a toilet and we witnessed several people defecating. The fridge was filthy and we had to clean it. On our last full day, the refrigerator died and we had 100€ of meat and food that we lost because we were away all day and didn't notice until the next morning when we needed to prep the food for an event bbq..Management says that we didn't close the door properly, but that was not the case. All in all, it was a big disappointment.

Excellent location, perfect for 2 couples or family with kids. Very bright apartment, very clean, you feel at home the moment you step in. Garage parking is a plus. Good internet, a very big TV in the living room and another one in the kitchen. Heating works perfect with the air conditioning.

The only small issue was the construction site beside it, but luckily they don't start very early (never before 8.30) and it was not very loud either. Not much of a bother unless you really want to sleep till noon!
