One of the best location in Albufeira, safe building, elevators, ocean view, balconies, kitchen and all necessary amenities, nice staff, very close to stop buses, close to the beach, etc. It was our second year staying in this apartment and, if possible, we will stay again next year!

Almost perfect everything!

Location was perfect for us. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including iron, board, hairdryer & towels. Lock box with 2 keys and late check out was ideal. Communication was excellent. Can watch the sunrise / set from bedroom balcony clearly.

Pool area was run down and broken sunbeds and broken tiles, my partner cut his finger on them. Quite noisy with traffic and people shouting from premises underneath us all the time. Lift was broken / out of order quite often.

Excellent apartment, great value for money. Florence was a very responsive host to any questions we had during our stay. The apartment is quite big and in great location, very close to the beach and nearby restaurants. It has pretty much everything you need, we were very comfortable for our one month stay. I would recommend!

Only a few small things but the apartment is quite cold in winter. There is a heat pump but it doesn't do much to warm it up. On the plus side though, I'm sure it's nice and cool during the summer. The hot water cylinder also doesn't have a very big tank so we had to have quite short showers since the hot water runs out. But again, may not be a problem in summer if you don't want hot showers.

The apartment is located in a modern building on a main street, which has two elevators and a secured entrance. The area is beautiful and very convenient, close to the beach and close to an extremely useful supermarket, with many bars and restaurants around and with bus stops for the local transport or for other localities. The apartment is on the second floor, with a view to the south, so to the ocean. It is very spacious and comfortable, being able to accommodate, without problems, even 4 people. It has two balconies, one from the living room and one from the bedroom. The photos posted on Booking.com reflect the reality, the apartment looks exactly the same! The kitchen is equipped with enough tools for cooking, has a washing machine, a dishes machine and a microwave oven. There is also a stove with four burners and an oven. The kitchen has the entrance from the living room and an window very wide, circular, with an opening of approx. 120 degrees! We have had enough towels and bed linen available for the period of almost a month in which we stayed. It should also be mentioned the air conditioning with which we heated the rooms when needed! Mrs. Florence was extremely kind and offered us, as we asked for, a check-in with 3 hours earlier, as well as a check-out with a few hours later! For the future tourists who will live in this apartment, we kindly ask them to provide some food for the two seagulls who come several times a day in the balconies, and who are very noisy if they are not beeing served quickly! We called them Amedeo (keeping the name given by a previous tourist), the biggest one, and Amedea! We will definitely come back!

One observation should be made to reassure the future tourists: hot water in the bathroom is obtained with a delay due to the long distance to the heat central!
