Clean property. The host was very helpful. The location is great.

Can hear outside noise through the property walls.

It’s a small, old house in a very nice area with a lot of small restaurants. I loved the tiled stairs in the house. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped. The rental company was very friendly and helpful, checking in and out was very easy.

For me nothing but I was there alone so the bed was big enough for me, but if my husband would have been there, I would have used the extra bed in the living room. The bed is truly very small. But apart from that everything was fine and I enjoyed my stay.

There isn't door between rooms in appartment, the bedroom is really small

The inventory of the apartment was complete. Anything you could need for a city trip. The location was perfect close to work but potentially somewhat away from the Metro. However, just around the corner, they are building a new Metro station that will increase transportation. Never meet personally with the owner but was generally available through the website but not phone. The apartment was prepared so that it was shaded inside.

There was no WLAN (or no instructions for it). The shower drainage works but slow, would need some time between two persons. The appartment is on the first floor with a narrow stair upstairs - not a problem if you are healthy but could be otherwise. Tall persons may find the bed to be small. In general, price-value could be better. Asking for the city tax (2 Euro) is OK but not if you are charging 120 a night.

Nice little apartment, well situated in sparkling Lisbon not far from public transportation. It was clean, except for the rust in the bathroom, and fully equipped. We arrived on a hot day and couldn't sleep because of the noise outside. The second day the owner brought us a fan which allowed us to close the windows at night.

The apartment is nice although not new and not luxury. It is tiny and the bedroom has no door. Actually, the only door is at the entrance. For the bathroom there is a plastic folding door. No door for the kitchen and bedroom.

Good facilities. Washing machine and kitchenette. Parking accessible in the area over the weekend for a small fee.

Door was incredibly hard to open to get into the property. During hot weather, the place doesn’t have an aircon or fan, so does get hot.
