"Great apartment, felt at home!"

Loved the apartment and sea view. Had everything you would need facilities wise. Location has a nice chilled vibe being just outside of town, the walk into the center took us around 20 minutes. If u walk the other way there is a nice bar for cocktails called the forte terrace. Also lots of parking available at the back of apartment which was really handy. All in all a great place to base yourself for exploring the island.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, and very well equipped. The decoration was minimalist and it was quite easy to park. The host was very nice, providing us with a lot of information and suggestions. His restaurant tips were spot-on.

The apartment is on a split level, with a bedroom on each floor, which isn't great for small children. It's very close to the sea, which makes it a bit damp. We also didn't really like the surroundings, although it was very easy to get there.

Excellent host. Luis was wonderful and helpful esp Re our early morning flight. He was super responsive to our needs. Luis also gave us lots of good visit locations. Great location only 30 mins from downtown Ponta Delgada. Also next to the sea and close to beaches. Having big windows helped air out the room in the basement.

We stayed for 9 days so having washing machine would have been nice with laundry.

The location is great! Ocean view with great resturants right next to the door. Luis is very friendly and helpful. Easy parking, convenient to anything . Will stay again for sure!!

The bunk bedroom is right by the street so you would get some noises, and the front door is pretty thin so if neighbor came back, the sound of opening and closing door can be heard easily. Downstair is very quiet though. But overall it is very nice stay!
