Great location, short walks to everywhere. Edu, our host sent us his own website link, with recommendations for food, sightseeing and local attractions. We used this information extensively and it was an excellent source of information for us, as first timers to Porto. Washing machine was very useful! Elevator to the apartment was welcome, no steps! Parking was literally across the road and easily accessible at 12 euros a day.

No AC, which wasn’t a problem in October, though it was still warm enough to need the windows open overnight. This meant we had to accept some street noise, even though we were on the 4th floor.

Location is ideal. Edu was very responsive to questions.

Just had a small issue with the front door key not fitting well. Education helped us sort it right away.

Le logement est très bien situé au calme car à Porto c'est souvent la fête le soir et c 'est bien. Facile de rejoindre le centre. De plus si vous venez en voiture, en face de l'appartement, possibilité de mettre la voiture dans un parking pour 12 euros par jour.

De locatie was prima, op loopafstand van de metro en bezienswaardigheden. Ik had een appartement aan de achterkant van het gebouw, erg rustig. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en erg schoon. Duidelijke communicatie van de host(s) vooraf en ze reageerden snel.

Het slot van de voordeur van het complex, deze heeft een gebruiksaanwijzing. De eerste avond ben ik hiermee 10 minuten bezig geweest, toen een voorbijganger op straat me te hulp schoot. Het was al laat en was bang dat ik er niet meer in kon komen.

Amazing location, great stay!

We really like the location. The appartment was spacious and clean. We found everything we need. Also, the neighborhood was calm, no annoying noise at night. Recommend!

A localização é excelente e o prédio parece ter sido reformado recentemente. O apartamento estava bem limpo, as camas era confortáveis, a cozinha é bem equipada. A comunicação com os anfitriões é fácil e bem prática.

Ficamos no apartamento dos fundos e, apesar de não ter problema com o barulho, o cheiro de cigarro e muitos pernilongos do jardim abandonado tornam impossível abrir a janela ou usar a varanda. O prédio também tem bastante cheiro de mofo na entrada. Foi providenciado apenas um rolo de papel higiênico para uma estadia de 5 dias.
