This is a very spacious and modern apartment. Decor is updated, kitchen is large with all necessary amenities. 5/5 Location is a little bit off of the downtown but still within a 20 minute walk. 4/5 Cleanliness is a solid 5/5. Comfortable beds in a quiet area. Linens clean and crisp. With the two and half bathrooms there are plenty for a larger group. 5/5 Not sure when renos were done but no wear and tear is showing. Everything is in great condition. 5/5 Eduardo, our host, communicated in a timely and honourable fashion. Great host. 5/5 Extras- it has a wonderful little patio area with table and umbrellas in a small walled garden. Great for morning coffee.

INNside House is a real gem and an excellent place to stay in Porto. The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and furnished with great taste. It was spotlessly clean and features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for light cooking, and the small terrace with a seating area was a lovely bonus. Communication with the owner was seamless from start to finish. He was welcoming, responsive, and provided excellent recommendations for Porto and the surrounding area. The location is ideal, with most major attractions reachable within a 15-minute walk. The market, metro station, grocery stores, bakery, cafés, and restaurants are all just a few minutes away. We also appreciated the secure parking in a closed courtyard, as well as the quiet and safe atmosphere of the property. I can only recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, very comfortable and only a 10 min walk from Bolhao market. Our host Eduardo was so lovely and gave us wonderful tips for places to eat and visit. You must go to WOW in Gaia and watch the sunset from the Jardim du Mouro.

the host is very responsive and is very flexible on our arrival time to make sure we get the key. the communication is great and the host/staff are super friendly. we stayed for 2 nights. there are 2 full bath (individual to the bedroom!) on 2nd floor, and one half bath on the main floor. the house is clean and very well furniture. cozy and spacious sitting room and dinning area. a little outside sitting area is cut. the whole apartment is very well designed and bright. the matures are nice, a lot of storing space in each bedroom. utensils in kitchen are new and clean (only wished there are some cooking oil stuff, but i understand it is a very new apartment). the kitchen has washer and dish washer built in. there is a foldable hanger to dry clothes. perfect! walk to the city center probably takes 10-14 mins, downhill, haha, no worries. we walk to most of the places from the house, and get back by bolt ($4-6) after dinner. the streets are quiet, you wont notice cars or ppl during sleep. there is a grocery store like 2 mins walking, has fruits, bakery, milk, everything. there is also a korean market about 4 mins walking, if you want some instant noodles, Asian spices, etc. check in and check out is super easy. Coffee and tea available. feels like a spotless clean, new house, very well maintained. overall, we feel lucky to find a house like this! thanks!

The location was fantastic and had onsite secure parking that was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and well stocked, with a bottle of wine waiting for us on check in. Eduardo was so easy and accommodating to work with. He let us check in early and allowed us to leave our car parked for several hours after check out. He sent us a list of stores and restaurants in the area and responded very quickly to all messages

both bedrooms are upstairs which could be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
