Lovely & Modern in the Center

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. You can tell the owner put alot of love in his property. We were happy to have a little haven away from home, on our short stay in Lisbon.

Nothing.

José was very helpful from check-in right thru to check-out. He provided information, called for taxis and more. The apartment was well located and quiet.

To our sensitive noses, we detected a gasoline smell, particularly in the bathroom. We asked about this and José assured us he had taken all the necessary steps to ensure good air quality. Nonetheless, it was winter time and the windows were shut. There is a car concession on the ground floor just under the flat. There is no carbon monoxide monitoring device in the apartment. These factors made us somewhat uneasy!

It was just great. Spacious and comfy

There’s nothing to criticise. It was exactly what we needed.

The property has everything you need for: lift - a/c - comfortable bed and sofa bed - furnished kitchen. The position is perfect, 10 min bus to the centre. Josè was very good in explaining everything and give us tips thank you again!

Quite noisy in the morning because there is a car mechanic just below the building.

Awesome place, bus stop steps from door. Access to everything. Stores and restaurants nearby.

The bed was comfy and the apartment was well appointed and had everything we could need. Loved that it had a washing machine!

The apartment had everything you needed. Jose' has thought of everything. Such a caring host, kind and thoughtful.

Very clean, spacious, very comfortable mattress, well equipped, excellent location right on bus route to the centre, quiet flat, host was very helpful and informative and gave recommendation to excellent local restaurants close by ( out of tourists way)

Nothing we didn’t like

The apartment is excellently equipped. Nothing is missing (dishwasher, drying rack, ironing board, iron, toaster, microwave, coffee maker - 3 pieces, pans, pots, glasses, cups,...). The apartment also contains necessary household items such as salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar and detergent for dishes and laundry. There are two air conditioners (in each room), but we did not use them because it was not necessary (the night temperatures were around 20 degrees Celsius: excellent for sleeping with the windows open). The host is excellent, he welcomed us on arrival, explained how everything works in the apartment and sent us Viber locations interesting to visit in Lisbon and surroundings.

A little freshening up of the apartment would not be bad (painting the walls, etc.)
