Host met us at the property, the house was very clean, location was great.

The shower could be better (replacing the shower head would already make a great difference). A washing machine should be a must for an apartment, even if that meant the cost would go up a little.

very spacious and clean apartment, big and well equipped kitchen, clean bed linen and towels. good communication with the owner who was there to meet us. the location was great, easy to find parking space and close to city centre, about 10-15 min walk.

fortunately the owner gave us two good quality ventilators, without them it would be too hot to sleep on hot nights in August, but these were a perfect solution. Apart from that: dogs were barking at night, but I guess it’s a common issue on the island, we had the same situation on several locations.

Very spacious and quiet accommodation, close to the city center. View of the botanical garden. Plenty of parking spaces in front of/next to the accommodation. Helpful owner, smooth communication and handover of keys. Highly recommended!

This is a modern apartment, unfortunately without a balcony or terrace. Dogs howling right in the neighborhood, it is necessary to sleep with closed windows and blinds even in summer. We recommend adding wine glasses to your suite, it's a shame to drink such good local or Portuguese wine from normal glasses.
